Fundamentals of Yoga Weekend Retreat at Ananda Ashram

by Shri Brahmanananda Sarasvati, founder Ananda Ashram, pictured above from Fundamentals of Yoga:

"Suggestion is the underlying and fundamental cause of all mental phenomena and is the powerful instrument of samadhi. The whole universe is nothing but suggestion; the world lives by it. The greatest power of nature is the power of suggestion. It is as old as nature and as powerful as nature."

When: June 8 - 10 Friday - Sunday
Telephone: (845) 782-5575

* The Fundamentals of Yoga: Expand, Nourish & Renew with School of Hatha Yoga Teachers

All-inclusive Rates: Dorm $200, Semiprivate $240. Membership discounts apply. Commuter Rate: $70

Immerse yourself in the practice of Yoga, guided by Ashram teachers offering diverse perspectives from several Hatha Yoga traditions. Images of My Spirit CD Release from Tim Adams

My lovely friend, music master and co-creator Tim Adams just released a new CD of log drum music, titled Images of My Spirit - very soothing, light sounds that take you straight into the heart of ease. Click here to purchase: http://www.timadamsmusic.com/

Also on July 9, 2007, I will peform and improvise vocals while Mr. Tim Adams plays his astonishing array of percussion instruments at Brevard Music Center's Porter Auditorium in Brevard, North Carolina.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, near Asheville, Brevard Music Center is a fantastically beautiful place filled with classical music. Tim Adams teaches percussion at the center and performs timpani. Come on out if you can, especially for music lovers. This place reverberates with cosmic divine sound.
